Good2Great is a marketplace platform that connects families with youth skill development programs and businesses. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment for youth programs but are not directly responsible for the services provided by third-party businesses.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Types

We offer different account types for parents/guardians and business owners. Each account type has different features and responsibilities.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When you book a session through Good2Great, you enter into a direct agreement with the service provider (business). Good2Great acts as an intermediary to facilitate this transaction.

4.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed in USD and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by business. Generally:

• Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the session
• 50% refund if cancelled 12-24 hours before
• No refund for cancellations under 12 hours

5. For Business Users

5.1 Business Listings

Businesses must provide accurate information about their programs, pricing, and availability. Misleading or false information may result in account suspension.

5.2 Platform Fees

Good2Great charges a 10% commission on all transactions processed through the platform. This fee is deducted from the booking amount before payout to the business.

5.3 Business Standards

Businesses must maintain appropriate licenses, insurance, and certifications required by local regulations for youth programs.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent the platform to avoid fees
• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose

7. Reviews and Content

Users may post reviews and other content. By posting, you grant Good2Great a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experiences.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Good2Great and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Good2Great is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the programs offered by businesses on our platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Good2Great harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
